  Great little deli. They make great breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Also convenient for grabbing drinks, paper towels, other necessities. Has a touristy beach shop with beach gear, kites, hermit crabs, things like that if you are so inclined. Nice location across from the Days Inn.

  Beware of Whispering Meadows unit 2 it's by far the worse place we have ever stayed. AC wasn't working upon our arrival (87 deg. inside), mold in the bathrooms, ceiling peeling, nail heads in the carpet, smoke detector not working (yes, we found this out trying to boil water because the stove top. Yes Water! Also 12/15 is a little old for a battery and no detector on the same floor as the bedrooms. I did find one though in a nightstand in the packaging.), screws popping out of deck, mold in the grill, horrible musty smell through whole house overall disgusting, the tub has chipping that are sharp and would hurt my toddler (the tub is why we got this place. have you ever tried to take a shower with a screaming toddler?), and the deck gave way when we first arrived the screws holding it together rusted off. Regardless we didn't let it ruin our vacation we made the best of it and soaked up all OBX has to offer. We even plan on renting in the same complex with another rental company. I don't recommend using Sun Realty the pictures looked amazing if a company thinks renting a property like this is acceptable then they will not get our business.

  Had a great time in OBX except for dealing with the people at Sun Realty. We stayed in the Honey B (406A) house, in Nags Head, July 8-15. In the rush of having to check out by 10 with 4 kids, we left behind some personal items, clothes etc. I immediately called with no response. I have called almost every day over the past week with no success. Almost $500 worth of clothing gone. Got transferred to housekeeping only to be told "that the housekeeper is usually pretty good about returning lost items." Next I spoke to someone who seemed to help me, she called the new renters and left a voicemail asking them to check and make sure there were no items left and to please return them and advised me to call back over the next couple of days. I called back on Saturday to check only to be put off by an extremely rude woman who told me she could see our account notes but wouldn't tell me what it said, and said "trust me, it isn't clothing they want" in reference to the housekeeper not turning in our personal items, call back tomorrow because there was nothing she could do (which is what they have said every time I have called, regardless of the day of the week) and transferred me to a voicemail. Now no one will pick up the phone. Do NOT rent from this company and if you do, don't expect any help. Rude customer services and the housekeepers are thieves!

  Horrible banking experience. Customer Service wait time exceeds 60 minutes. Call Center phone line disconnects when you opt for debit card assistance. Online banking access denied after repeated attempts to login. First South Bank customers treated the worst. I expect to see many close accounts and move to another bank that is customer friendly. Would not invest in this company for the short or long term. They should be investigated. Suggest reporting them to someone to have banking practices reviewed.
